Saturday, April 19th, 2025 – Bunny Run, Arnprior
Starting and finishing at Robert Simpson Park, the Bunny Run is a 2km or 5km run or walk along the waterfront trail and the Grove happening on Easter weekend. Run or walk for all ages and all skill levels. It starts at 11:00 am, and sweet treats replace the energy you used up at the end.

Sunday, May 4, 2025 - Heroes Run for Health Care, Pembroke
The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation is the beneficiary of these fundraising runs presented by the Canadian Nuclear Laboratories. Run or walk the 2km hero-themed run with hero meet and greets for kids or a 5km timed run. Funds raised go towards purchasing critical equipment for the Regional Hospital. Saturday, May 10, 2025 - Spring Chicken MTB Race, Beachburg, Ontario
This fun event offers two choices: 32km or 60km of mixed gravel and single-track trails. It's the perfect way to launch cycling season. After your ride, enjoy the bake sale, grilled pork loin or veggies on a bun, and salads.

Saturday, June 7 - Renfrew Youth Ride, Ma-ta-weh Park
Two rides for riders of differing abilities. Registration and workshop begin at 9 am, followed by a ride at 10 am. A fun BBQ for participants will wrap up the morning. This event is free.

This fun 1km and 5km run, walk or stroller starts at the Matawatchan Hall and gives people an early jump on Canada Day. Registration is the morning of the run opening at 8:00 am infront of the Hall.
